California Democrats are readying themselves to battle Republicans in Congress over potential attempts to roll back regulations under the Endangered Species Act.

Last month, the Oroville Dam’s spillway malfunctioned, sending gallons of water rushing through an area affecting nearly 200,000 residents. The damage — beyond the spillway itself — is estimated to be in the millions.

I posted this because that 3-inch Delta smelt is what the greenie-wackos are using to destroy the last vestiges of conservatives in California. It's preventing the farmers in the San Joaquin Valley of California from getting the water they need to grow crops.

As a result the land is becoming saturated in salt and useless. California RATS want this to happen because this is also an area populated with the few remaining conservatives left in California. (Like Jim Robinson!).

Why else would California RATS pursue a course so harmful to the people of California.

Let the dam collapse and kill everyone in sight so we can save the Delta smelt or we can just eat the smelt because they taste good and save everyone in sight.

Full repeal of the ESA would go a long way to removing vast impediments and costs from society; but, I guess that will never be possible.
