At Google , Easter isn't as important as these important dates.

Please delete as duplicate post.
I’ve been ignoring Google for years now ,,, there are other great search engines available today >
While I have no love for Google, I’ll give them half a pass on this one, as it appears that no religious doodles have been created — from any religion. If that’s their policy, then I can live with that, but the second they put up a non-Christian religious doodle, THEN I’ll have a(nother) beef with them.
They didn’t forget, they never acknowledge Easter.
A few years ago, I think it was 2013, they celebrated Cesar Chavez’s March 31 birthday over Easter. That should tell you a lot about Google’s company politics.
"...comedy gold..."
They put up Christmas non religious themes.
Easter is as much a cultural holiday as a religious holiday.
Bunnies and chicks do not mean Christ.
Western culture is always last at google.
startpage.com
For me its close to a draw at which sucks the most them or Yahoo.
I give them both a thumbs down although Yahoo news really blows so the may get 2 Thumbs down.
I avoid both

I understand your point, and I’d be quick to agree.
I looked up Easter, Christmas, Ramadan and religion, and it seems Google tries to avoid such Holidays, except in the most secular or societal ways. Ie. for Easter in the past, they’ve shown eggs.
So, in order to avoid offending anyone in particular, they offend everyone in general.
Kinda like watching commercials on television.
Looks like Ben Franklin got quite a tan!

I think they had something for Eid, which shows you where their sympathy lies.
Whoops...should have recognized the /S tone of your 1st post
“Whoops...should have recognized the /S tone of your 1st post”
Sarcasm?
The link in my first post pops up a google banner of portraits of American inventors, almost entirely black.
There is no sarcasm.
I posted the first thing that came up from your link.
Bunch-a-white guys....
