FULL TITLE: Adding insult to injury: United did NOT take passenger's bags off his plane after he was dragged off - then sent his luggage to the WRONG address hundreds of miles from where he was hospitalized
The doctor dragged off a United plane in scenes which created global outrage was further insulted when the airline withheld his luggage, sending it on a convoluted path home.
Dr David Dao was accused of refusing to give up his seat on Sunday's United Express flight UA3411 flight from Chicago to Louisville for the airline's staff.
Cell phone footage then shows the moment when he was forcibly and violently removed from the airline by heavy-handed Chicago Aviation Security police officers.
Now, it has been revealed that on top of being forced out of their seats and off the plane, the airline did not take the time to release their luggage to Dr Dao and his wife, instead sending it back to Kentucky and leaving them with nothing.

Everyone on that flight should have a get-together and figure out everyone they can sue.
like I"ve said on other threads... In 1955 Rosa Parks refused to give up her seat, and in exploded into a movement that all races could understand. And she was offered another seat when they told her to get out of the one she had.
Yeah, this could be that pivotal. We little folk have been way too tolerant of abuse by out-of-control corporations.

His lawyer may very well create enough publicity that United will settle rather than have this be in the news for months.
Just about everything that's been written says he will. Once he was seated, it's his seat. Then there's the Chicago employee fake police being allowed on the plane.
It just keeps getting better. Except for Dr. Dao, whose face has been rearranged by Chicago thugs on payroll.
May, but he certainly will not get the airlines. Also, I doubt his settlement will be anywhere near what he, or his lawyer, may be anticipating.
Oh the entire thing is just nonsense....but no doubt he’ll get some $$$$$$ for interviews and to push this out as long as he and his attorney can do so.

That is and was his attoney’s intention as well as the jerk who started it. Pay day for everyone.
Check out the terms of the contract the phoney drama queen agreed too, specifically the sections on why he can be kicked off and limitations of damages.
Add in the videos of him setting it up before the incident show its a shake down.

That really depends on how much United wishes to reduce (stopping isn’t on the table) how much its business curtailed in Asia by asian governments. It seems by the international fallout from this that various asian interests were waiting for an excuse to renegotiate a lot of things.
I’m not surprised. I am surprised that they’ve managed to stay in business for so long. Too many sheep, I guess.
That luggage will be another plane he’ll add to his fleet.
All I can say is we shall see. But I made my prediction. 8>)
