Sure, everyone wants a 500,000 ton muslim owned tower doing a figure 8 over their territory every day. LOL.

All that expense just to get bedbugs and lice at a higher altitude.

Building the big boys was my gig before ret. They always started out of a WIDE and DEEP hole dug out of the good old mother earth and went on up from there. This thing is a joke. Never happen. The Archies dreaming this thing up were on drugs for sure with this ‘brainstorm’

I don’t think it would work. And where is this asteroid?

Who the hell thinks we can capture, and place in the desired orbit, said asteroid?

Do they fly a plane or a space shuttle into it?

The asteroid capturing part of this scheme does seem a little tricky. But through judicious use of rockets powered through a perpetual motion mechanism, I’m optimistic that this plan will come to fruition.

I think they can handle this, the website says the bottom of the tower will be suspended toward the “service of the earth”. They’ve got this.

Lol they envisioned this futuristic plan, and they can’t have a heliport or something, you have to jump off with a parachute?

What could go wrong? That thing will need frickin' lasers to blast errant airplanes from its path, like if Harrison Ford is flying in the area. That's going to be a chore for air traffic controllers to direct traffic around the building.
