Really how so? They are both the same the way I see it.
Think about it this teacher used the same techniques as the van grabber only he did it slower and over time. Both are predators, both Chris Hanson would have a field day on Dateline NBC, both had the same end motives.
I put myself in the victims shoes.
She is not being terrorized as far as we know.

Both are criminal acts and serious ones but I see the one as worse than the other.
