It is long past due to educate the low information voters and our indoctrinated students about the benefits of a free enterprise system vs the failings of a socialist system. I suggest below:

Since our children are not being taught the basics of true economics by their Teacher's Utopian ideals, I suggest we develop an "Economics for Mis-informed Dummies".
There once was a TV education program called, "School House Rock". It was simplistic in its presentation with animation and music. It presented the basics of our governmental system that anyone could understand. I suggest we develop and build such a program so it reaches from grammar school to high school. This is something that Fox News (O'Rielly or Tucker Carlson) could use as a educational segment. What say you?

You folks want to get to the root of the problem? Here it is. If you've ever watched Water's World or Jay-Walking, you understand how ill-informed our students and others of same age are. The debate between World building free enterprise and Socialist nation destroying has come to a head.

With all the wisdom and connections on this board, we can start promoting the benefits of free enterprise vs socialism. We can also use such a vehicle to promote integrity, self-accountability, work ethic, internal self-esteem, and other values that have made America the envy of the World. I would suggest we stay away from religion for now.

He would be an asset if he came on board. There are many others. However, my idea is that Free Republic with all its intellect and resources devise a historical template that we can develop as a lesson plan and forward to O’Reilly and such.

Again, such a tome would be understandable to a child of 6 or a child of 20. The simpler the better. We need to inform our children before the hippie socialists start their indoctrination. And even then, if its well presented, it may make college students think. It would need undisputed historical facts, factual evidence of free enterprise successes, and factual evidence of socialist failings.

I envision a small booklet for start and build from there. I would call the initial tome, "Success or Failure. It's your Choice". or something like that.

Yes Sir, we all know that. Do you have any specific recommendations for the above scenario? We’ve got to inform our kids when they’re young before the Teachers’ Union indoctrinates them.

My children just love the “Rush Revere” books that Rush Limbaugh is putting out. They have challenged a teacher or two with the information they learned from his books. Better yet, the teachers have asked where they got their information and have been supportive of their ‘self-learning’.

I wrote the part about Democratic Socialism, and did some clarity-editing in other areas, but found it somewhere on the Net.
