Full Title: Sources: FBI investigation continues into 'odd' computer link between Russian bank and Trump Organization
(CNN)Federal investigators and computer scientists continue to examine whether there was a computer server connection between the Trump Organization and a Russian bank, sources close to the investigation tell CNN. Questions about the possible connection were widely dismissed four months ago. But the FBI's investigation remains open, the sources said, and is in the hands of the FBI's counterintelligence team -- the same one looking into Russia's suspected interference in the 2016 election.
One U.S. official said investigators find the server relationship "odd" and are not ignoring it. But the official said there is still more work for the FBI to do. Investigators have not yet determined whether a connection would be significant.

And since there's allegedly no FISA request now, the investigation into the Trump server was carried out without a warrant?
Or else CNN is reporting completely false news in an attempt to fabricate some kind of a relationship between Donald Trump and Russia?
Or we're all being lied to now?

Trump’s made clear they’ll have to drag him out before he leaves the WH.

The FBI budget is obviously much too big
It doesn’t make sense until you that this is a small part of a much bigger thing - an international spy ring that includes drugs, money laundering, human trafficking, and more. Trump threatened all this so just for extra added insurance in case Hillary somehow lost they got the Awans (ITGATE) to use some of the techniques we learned about from Vault 7 to hack an unused mail server registered to Trump (it wasn’t physically at Trump tower) to make it look like Russians were involved. A third computer was also generating a lesser amount of traffic, because that’s the one the results were being sent to - a health clinic in Grand Rapids MI controlled by some shady characters.

Of course this is theory and “connecting the dots” but all George Webb is trying to do is put information in front of those who can do something about it or who have a big audience of people who can spread the word. It is happening, but this is the Deep State and it does NOT expose its secrets willingly.
Oh crap...Somehow we connected Trump's server to a Russian Bank and now we can't break the connection....and the Russian's are now into our FBI files and they won't let go.

Does anyone have any idea what sort of “odd link” they could be referring to? Just what sort of “link” could that be?
My guesses:
Imaginary.
Unverified.
An obvious wiretap that we need to give some other name.

It looks like this whole “Russian influence” thing may well be based on a clandestine server that mimicked the Russian bank constantly attempting to contact the Trump server and that the likely October 2016 FISA warrant was based on fake evidence coming from those attacks on the Trump server. See:

Wrote a couple of weeks ago that since we know what a Russian footprint looks like, WE can create FALSE data connections.
The information Mr Steele, who had been hired by political opponents of Mr Trump, gave to MI6 was disseminated through the UK’s intelligence agencies including GCHQ who provided assessment to their American counterparts, the National Security Agency (NSA). Last week, The New York Times cited “two people familiar with the conclusions” of the US report into the Kremlin’s activities as being “among the first” to raise the alarm in the autumn of 2015 over the hacking of Democratic National Committee computer servers.

Now... sure, the Trump tower probably has a server. They run a business. They have tenants of the building, they have rich foreigners. They might just handle accounting related to the business... people pay rents/HOA fees/etc. via bill pay, direct debit, credit cards... if any Russians own property in the tower, then by definition the tower's computer has "connections" with the tenants/owners' banks... possibly Russian (Chinese, etc.) banks.
