Job cuts aren’t just or un just. They are ECONOMIC in nature.

and who would be the authority on just or unjust cutting jobs?

what obama did with healthcare (laws) which lead to cutting many jobs or at least cut them back to part time - just or unjust?

This pope has shown an absolute inability to understand the difference between the Church and the rest of the world.

Trying to hold a nation to the standards of an individual isn’t even biblical.

And trying to hold a business to the behavior of WILLING believers in Acts 4 would result in a failed business and more jobs being lost in the long run.

sin comes from an act that is against God’s commandments, sure treating others as you would want to be treated is in the mix, but the pope is not defining sin properly..in fact the reality of the world today has no resemblance of God’s ways.. Jobs, society, all bs in the scheme of things we are to learn to be ready to live in Heaven..distraction..is the pope satanic?

It’s been a long time since I voluntarily quit a job. I’ve been re-organized out several times though.

I wasn’t happy about it, but I didn’t really blame the company. Their job is to stay in business.

For my last one, I did however blame the miserable failure of a Governess in Michigan, Jennifer Granholm. Her pathetic excuse of an administration dragged Michigan into a full blown depression well before the nation went into a recession. Taxing and spending her way out of it was a recipe for further failure. I no longer live in Michigan as a direct result of her malfeasance.

The Pope’s “Bible” is The Communist Manifesto.

History provides us with an array of inept and questionable popes. I think he falls into that category.

Unjustly? How do you define that?

“You can keep your job, but we will no longer be able to pay you”

And he sayeth, "Whom art thou to judge whether homosexuals are not heaven bound! All yea are saved, no matter their sin or belief. And caution yea of believing thou mayest haveth a relationship with Christ, for there are no 'free agents' apart from the Vatican in Rome. And sin not by cutting employees, for vengeance is the Pope!"

Pope warns of 'very grave sin' when jobs are cut unjustly

Wonder where he found that in Scripture?

Many have acknowledged that he was a liberation-theology-lite bishop and cardinal in Argentina.

As you say, that is theological marxism

So it’s virtuous for a small business owner to go bankrupt if he or she can no longer pay a salary?

This Pope makes no sense.

The Bible doesn’t assign collective guilt beyond original sin. And the solution is always individual.
