PING!!!

Actions (Lawsuits) settled by the federal government should go back to the federal government, back to the taxpayer.” [instead of to LaRaza,National Community Reinvestment Coalition and the National Urban League.]

Lankford has introduced the Stop Settlement Slush Fund Act of 2017 while House Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., submitted similar legislation in the House.

It all began with the Microsoft browser $1B lawsuit back in the 90’s started by AG from NY

The New Black Panthers and the various Black Lives Matters front groups were among the recipients of this money. There is a federal government electronic document trail for the former’s funding.

That is a far better description. In the shakedowns of banks, banks were given the opportunity for payments to ACORNs replacement and other like organizations to count double compared to payments to the ostensible victims.

Thanks. That was one of the examples I was looking for.

Not really. This was pure executive-branch action, combined with friendly judges. Congress had not even a little say aside from making a stink.

Wouldn’t the American people get behind any administration that finds this kind of garbage and exposes it, then follows the law on such activity?

Criminal gangster USGov, Barak’s world; hopefully gone forever. However, the fact that could _ever_ occur, with a Republican Congress looking on, indicates that the corruption is so deep that, Humpty cannot be actually put back together again. Do what we can yes!

Call me skeptical w/ anything at the Fedzilla level, let alone the (R)NC\GOP(e) ‘promises’ vs. outright theft/fraud/abuse or anti-We the People.

Until the follow-up, I’ll add this to the list of “Reasons to tell ‘em F*-OFF when the Uniparty (re)election comes ‘round”.

Where Hanz and his sternly worded letter? Just as effective as the (R) in the *MAJORITY* (hint hint).

Why are we learning about this atrocity only now? Republicans in government are so spineless. Settlements from a company should go to the people damaged by their behavior, not Dem preferred political groups, especially with $2 forgiven for each $1 donated to someone like ACORN jr. Yikes!

I remember when Microsoft was sued, mostly for not donating to Dems. Who got this settlement money?

They did learn and are now huge Dem donors.

just saw this on another site. So, do you think the Sessions lynch mob (no pun intended) is using the Trump speech deflating Sessions attack to actually cover up and distract from this more important Sessions investigation of the obama infiltrators?
