Cardio exercise is the key to holding wrinkles at bay.

Daily cardio pumps blood to and sustains capillaries at the surface of the skin. That is how heat is emitted from a body exercising.

A steam bath helps also.

That said, there ain't a damn thing wrong with wrinkles. They're earned with hard work caring for and worrying about one's loved ones.

Wrinkles are insufficiently valued.

So is old age.

Wisdom does not reside with the young.

I’ve noticed it seems to help the painful joints in my hands/fingers.

Bee venom is amazingly complex.

Retin A and a good vitamin c cream. I know a plastic surgeon whose office offers everything from creams, Botox, dysport, and surgery. He says the only thing that works is retin a and a good vitamin c cream. After that it’s all chemicals or surgery.

No. Sunscreen, drinking lots of water, and not smoking are the keys. Genetics makes a difference, too. Also, try not to scowl too much.

That man is 170 years old. He first got a bee beard to fool the Union army recruiter about his age and his beard took out two dozen rebels on Little Round Top.

I’ve seen numbers showing that approximately .000065 percent of the population is actually, truly allergic to bee venom (life threatening). Most folks will exhibit local reactions to a honey bee sting but which certainly are not life threatening.

There is a propolis based cream that definitely is good for the skin. It can be used on the face as well as for hemorrhoids. Does wonders for both. Propolis is a resinous, sticky compound that bees collect from tree balsams which is then used by the bees to seal the hive from water or winds and which contains several healthful benefits. Propolis has been used for centuries in treating/healing wounds, tumors abscesses. It is used today for healing after dental work. It has been used in embalming mummies and was used by Stradivarius in making varnish for his violins. More than 300 compounds have been identified in propolis by researchers and many have antioxidant properties. Propolis contains antifungal, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties.

I have personally witnessed in others amazing healing benefits through use of propolis cream.

Used to be a product called “Burts Bees” for chapped lips.

I swore it worked as I have NEVER seen or heard of a bee with chapped lips.
