No. Sunscreen, drinking lots of water, and not smoking are the keys. Genetics makes a difference, too. Also, try not to scowl too much.

Yep.

Using a cleansing cream instead of soap, (or use powdered goats milk!) and wipe up rather then down when cleaning your face, apply moisturize to your neck and upper chest too.

But if you really don't want wrinkles keep your face as still as possible. No smiling, no frowning. That is why you see celebrities always looking like that. They don't want to get wrinkles.

Me, I am going to smile.
