"Ive shot pistols before, but never something like an AR-15. Squeeze lightly on the trigger and the resulting explosion of firepower is humbling and deafening (even with ear protection). The recoil bruised my shoulder, which can happen if you dont know what youre doing. The brass shell casings disoriented me as they flew past my face. The smell of sulfur and destruction made me sick. The explosions loud like a bomb gave me a temporary form of PTSD. For at least an hour after firing the gun just a few times, I was anxious and irritable." The chicoms have to be licking their chops after reading this...Just imagine if the japs had read this before Pearl Harbor...

This is the dumbest sht ever. A ghost gun is a gun smuggled by criminals or built and sold illegaly from criminal
chop shop. It has nothing to
do with the guns the law abiding get.
It thus is a question of enforcement, not legislation, But the gestapo cock liberals suck prevent them from hurting the feelings of the f@g bureaucrats of the ATF, blaming enforcement, so they blame the legislation in order to empower the f@g bureaucrats of the ATF to screw over lives without breaking a sweat.

Apparently I was not clear enough with my self deprecating humor. I couldn’t originally load the video and commented without watching, hence I thought this was just about receiver less kits.

If the guns are untraceable, how do they know that crimes were committed with that gun? I guess the barrel has no rifling to run a ballistics check. If you’re a felon, it’s still illegal to possess a weapon. Felons don’t buy their guns at the gun store anyway.

Make it an M1944 Mosin-Nagant carbine. The short rifle with attached folding bayonet, that apparently started out as a combination rifle/flamethrower, and was subsidized by the hearing aid industry. Talk about KABOOM!

The M38 is that rifle without bayonet, four foot flame, sounds like a cannon and kicks like a mule.

The reporter looked shocked that you could buy gun parts without a background check. If liberals had their way, every gun part down to the last screw, spring, and pin would require a separate background check.

Is that the “dragoon” version? I know there was a Mosin short rifle before 1941, but don’t know much about it.

The model 38 preceded the 44, it was to equip tankers and vehicle borne troops. It’s shorter length was better suited than the 91/30’s. They later decided to add the bayonet and it became the model 44.
Basically the same rifle as the 44 without the bayonet.
The short Mosins are fire-breathers, one of the things that make them so much fun.
There is also a model 91/59 that is similar to the model 38, but they are rarer.

No, you wouldn’t be able to legally buy them at all.
