I posted this excerpt from Protecting the Nation from Terrorist Attacks by Foreign Nationals, President Trumps executive order on immigration, earlier, but there are so many aspects of it that deserve emphasis, I thought another post was warranted. You can read the full text here.
In order to protect Americans, we must ensure that those admitted to this country do not bear hostile attitudes toward our country and its founding principles. We cannot, and should not, admit into our country those who do not support the U.S. Constitution, or those who would place violent religious edicts over American law. In addition, the United States should not admit those who engage in acts of bigotry and hatred (including honor killings, other forms of violence against women, or the persecution of those who practice other religions) or those who would oppress members of one race, one gender, or sexual orientation.

Anyone calling Trump a bigot for this EO should be directed to read it and then argue with it.
ban sharia law with an act of congress...pretty please please please!
Agreed. Sharia law is completely against every principle
of this country and our Constitution.
Spell it out: female genital mutilation. Add a video or description of the process.
Then call Trump the fascist.
Anyone who supports Sharia law ipso facto does not support the US Constitution.

That is pretty much all Koran believing muslims.
All muslims are obligated to see sharia law implemented.
Sharia is anathema to our Constitution. Ban it.
The precision and comprehensiveness of this is deeply impressive. The idea that any of it would be remotely controversial shows how deeply confused the American public square has become during the decades of the hegemony of the Left.Yes.
Not allowing them to come here who cannot accept homosexuals, other religions etc and the left are still mad at President Trump. Good grief.
The EO itself:
Too much Islam has unfortunately made its way over here over the past few decades...but at least we’re finally moving in the right direction in terms of barring its followers and dismantling ad delegitimizing it within the United States.
Islam will thankfully decay and crumble within our borders over the next 16 years of Trump and then Pence.
But there’s a lot to root out.
Honor killing in America: DOJ report says growing problem is hidden in stats
The estimated 27 victims of so-called "honor killings" each year in the U.S. don't fit neatly into the FBI's exhaustive Uniform Crime Reporting Statistics.
When Muslims throw homosexuals off of buildings and burn them alive the left doesn’t mind because the votes of those Muslims matter more than homosexual lives. Just like with Orlando, the left could deal with 49 dead homos as long as Muslims whose population surpasses gays, vote Democrat
correct. The left uses groups for their own gain, and yet get angry white people from the colleges, the misfits of society believing their crap.
AFDI had a journalist at the women’s march trying to talk to people about sharia and women’s rights and they yelled at her and said they don’t want to hear it.
They have to speak english, learn the citizenship test items, not have had a terrorist in their family or household and pledge allegiance to the US. They have to agree to be fingerprinted, retina scanned, dna swabbed. Then they get a short term VISA.
One honor killing is too many. I’ve seen many documentaries about some of the cases and they are all so sad. These young girls just want to get an education and career, find love and live normal lives and their parent savagely kill them.
And Trump was the one that came out in defense of gays after Orlando, yet somehow the LGBT crowd still say that he is the bigot.
Somebody did a lot of work on that in very short order. The detail is impressive.
