FULL TITLE: Rate of IUD insertions DID go up after the election: Huge data set reveals 19% increase in women getting coils since Trump's win in November
The rate of women getting and requesting intrauterine devices (IUDs) has rocketed since Donald Trump was elected president, new data reveal.
IUDs - a contraceptive device that can last up to 10 years - became a hot topic after the election.
The interest was largely driven by fears Trump's healthcare reforms would limit access to contraception, or affect insurance funding that makes the Pill free.
Now, a large data set has confirmed what many suspected: the number of doctor's visits related to IUDs has indeed gone up - a staggering 19 percent in two months.

The bad is side affects from using IUD's
The best contraceptive for anyone involved in consensual sex is to... not have consensual sex...
or you are willing to pony up and pay for your own contraception.
That means fewer future Democrat voters!
BEST.
ELECTION.
EVER.
The SECOND best news is no liberals born for 10 years!! :)
Good, now Libya will be reproducing themselves even less.
Ok, you do have a point there.
If you have Medicaid, it’s free.
LOL - Spell auto correct changed “libs” to “Libya”.
“What do you got, the IOU, that thing”? (Tony Manero to some broad he was set to drill in ‘Saturday Night Fever’!)
>The good that will come of this is abortion rates will decrease.
>The bad is side affects from using IUD’s
IUD’s are a huge improvement over regular birth control. We have a huge problem with the chemicals from the pill getting into the water supply from urine.
If the IUD stops implantation then abortion has occured.
>If the IUD stops implantation then abortion has occured.
The vast majority of fertilized eggs never attach to the uterus wall. It’s not abortion.
Good news. Fewer liberals procreating. Bad news is Muslims aren’t buying a single one
I guess Bill Clinton told Monica that a Cigar is actually an IUD.
Good thing these Women didn’t confuse an IUD with an IED.
Second, this turn toward long-lasting hormonal-type contraceptives, especially in the young, will cause an upsurge in promiscuity and then STD's, since none of the "long-lasting" contraceptives do a thing to protect from serious infection.
Third: sexual promiscuuity also has a hugely disruptive effect on normal marriage and family-formation. In plain language it tends to kill it dead. Once again, this IUD "solution" is part of the problem.
Fourth: since synthetic hormones are excreted and not readily broken down in water/sanitary systems, hormonal contraceptives end up putting endocrine-disruptors in the water. Ever wonder why so many of today's kids are so "gender-confused"? Endocrine disruptors cause male fish and other male aquatic vertebrates to develop egg proteins in their testicles.
Any male FReepers out there want egg proteins in their testicles? How about your sons' testicles?
I rest my case. (For the time being.)
You need a ####ing sense of humor :)
They sell the for 5 bucks at most stores :)
WTF?!? lol
GOOD, because:
1) If they were relying on free stuff or abortion for their birth control -— we don’t need them reproducing any more copies of their wrong-headed selves; and,
2) Maybe they’ve figured out that having more kids might not make them more and more money anymore -— we working people are tired of paying for their kids and hopefully the welfare free ride will be ending soon.
As I remember it, the "research" indicating that the "vast majority" of fertilized eggs fail to nidate was done in conjunction with an examination of uteri which had been removed via hysterectomy, many of which were already abnormal,(that's why they were removed). But EVEN IF most early embryos perish, deliberately killing prenatal human beings is still morally evaluated as abortion.
No, not to prevent conception. They are the “new earrings” look for the millenials and brain-dead leftists.
