Exactly. They should be treated not with gender reassigment surgery, but with psychiatric care. No need to villify or stigmatize these people, but we as a society should not pretend that their fantasy is reality. Give them the help they need to accept the reality of their biological gender; do
not help them continue their fantasy that they are something they are not.
