I was going on 10 years old when this POS committed one of the most heinous, senseless murders in my lifetime.

WHY is he still breathing?

Jerry B appointed a very liberal SC (the Rose Court) that decided the death penalty was unconstitutional. The death sentences were reduced to life. Then the people removed the Rose court.

I was 9 when that poor pregnant woman was butchered by those vermin. In 74 the book Helter Skelter was published, and I made the mistake of reading it, hell I still get sick to my stomach thinking about how those victims must have suffered.

The All-Powerful State loves to rub the noses of the peasants in the fact that the serfs have no power.

Had ANY of the victims been kin to a powerful CA prosecutor or judge, Manson would have fried tout suite.
