Trump’s Victory Is a Pivotal Turning Point in Human History
Zomblog ^ | December 19, 2016 | ZombieTime

Donald Trump’s victory in November was not only the most important election result of our lifetimes, but ranks as one of the most significant events in recorded history, on par with the French Revolution or the fall of the Berlin Wall. And I’ll tell you why.

Western society is super-saturated with leftist propaganda. Politically astute non-leftists see it everywhere and complain about it incessantly — because it is ubiquitous. In fact, most of our waking hours are spent noticing, commenting upon, getting outraged by and then futilely combatting the endless, relentless leftist slant to everything in modern culture.

Every news broadcast. Every movie. Every lesson in every classroom. Every social signifier in public. Every poll. Every TV show. Every tribal shibboleth. In ways large and small, overt and covert, subtle and blatant, the society around us is infused with progressive ideals and agendas, whether you realize it or not...

this isn’t the most hysterical exaggeration that I’ve ever read on al gore’s innerwebz, but it’s probably in the top 10.

“Turning point in human history”, and the equivalent of the french revolution? yeeesh. the politest thing I can think of to say is that someone obviously failed history . . . .

It is hard to predict or appreciate the historical significance of a time you are living in.

I agree. Pivotal and historic. Everything has gone the way of the left...from morals, to governing and basically a change in culture, all for the worse and to the detriment of the family and the country.

Trump was the only one who could put a halt to it for the moment. He will be so successful in implementing the right course that many will wake up out of their brainwashed stupor.

When it was first apparent that Donald Trump won this election, my first thought was...Daddy’s home and things will be in order now. (In a Father Knows Best kind of way.)

Great article. The author seems to have distilled the collective thoughts of the freepmind into a single, easily digested post.

Wonderful read.

The French Revolution is not a good thing, it broke loose the can of worms of Socialism, communism and the ultra left wing

I agree. I have had the feeling that now adults will be back in charge in Washington. Childlike ideological liberals who have infested the Obama administration will be gone, to be replaced by experienced adults.

This history has not been written yet.

I agree this is a big time.

Our “leadership” was the problem, because everyone, on both sides of the aisle, was in it for themselves.

Our entire political establishment, had become a massive “sell out America” operation, for both sides of the aisle. Republicans like Jeb Bush, and Democrats, everyone has sold out America in my opinion.

It was only Donald Trump who stood up, finally, and said we are going to take it back.

Whether we will remains to be seen. There are a HUGE amount of very big problems which need to be overcome, but Trump winning means, a lot of people are listening.

Mr. Trump, I was all for your candidacy, and found your campaign very inspirational.

I sure hope you meant what you said.

You seem to have been serious. It is about time, someone stood up for America once again.

30 more days, and we will see. :D

Normally it is... this particular one, however, seems to be easy, at least in the sense that we know a lot of rotten applecarts are due for an upset, and Donald Trump shows all the signs of a fellow that God had a talk with.

In “sanctified imagination” I would envision it something like this.

God: “You’re going to be my instrument to deliver America, Donald.” Donald: “Who, me?” God: “Yes, you. Here’s how.”

“He was with a rich man in His death.” — Isaiah 53:9b

I’d say don’t GLOAT, but do begin PRAISING THE LORD.

This has divine dimensions written upon it. God never starts a job to leave it half-assed.

This guy makes a fair case. With the possible exception of Reagan, this is a true turning point that is unheard of in our modern era.
Reagan changed the world externally. But the internal subversive threat is more dangerous and was left to us. We spent a few decades mired in the false belief that “republican” meant they shared the values of the America we all revered. They don’t. They are globalists and do not love us, or our nation, or our heritage.

This is a paradigm shift. If we win, its a turning point. If they take him down, it was still a turning point.

The French revolution was good. It got rid of the theocratic influence there, and ended the evil institution of the monarchy.
Lots of bad things happened, but in the end, they wound up with one of the best republics in Europe. I cannot think of one that enshrines more freedom unless you look into eastern Europe that emerged after the iron curtain fell.

Reagan mustered the GOP to meet the biggest threat understood in the day. He had to make nicer than Donald Trump has, in order to get the necessary coalition.

Trump is more like Jesus about to cleanse the temple.

It was a semi-win.

State churches are bad news, especially when there’s real pressure to join them for reasons having nothing to do with spirituality. It’s better even being atheist, probably, than that. Atheist is more honest about where the people are. And that’s where France is. Catholic interest is little. Protestant interest is even less.

A believer’s revolution was found more in America. Perfect no. “The worst system in the world except for all the rest” — yes.

Big Brother failed on November 8th, 2016.

The propaganda arm failed even going over 90% negative on trump stories and running no negatives on their uniparty candidate.

The false flag attempts to goldstein the russians failed.

The inner party celebrities pleas to electors to ignore their constitutional duties failed.

The behind the scenes billionaires and millionaires and unions of the uniparty, paying professional protestors and funding pacs and social groups working to elect Hillary, failed.

The entire Big Brother apparatus failed.

She's not a guy, but I agree with you, re: globalism.

It poses the greatest threat to our future.

I don’t know how to read the past two months. This may have been the Battle of the Bulge - the final surge of a dying philosophy, and our way of life is about to die despite this valiant effort (if you will excuse a parallel in which we are matched with the socialists of 1944). This may have been Midway, the final turning point where our victory seems inevitable forever after. Of it may simply have been the Battle of the Somme, a bloody exchange that decided nothing despite the carnage and mess of the moment.

We won’t know at best for several years. Things look beautiful now, but that is deceptive. No matter how successful (or otherwise) President Trump is over the next four (eight?) years, I expect America’s enemies on the left to take power back in 8 (likely) or 12 (at best) years. My hope is that President Trump will carry the ball as far toward our goal line as possible. Until now, every time our team has had the ball, we’ve run clear ground plays, where they have blocked us and we celebrated if we lost no yards. We need to make sure that the ball is close to the end zone by the end of this possession. They need to face the demoralizing prospect of fighting to regain the same yards they originally took over the past three generations.
