Hillary Clinton took a break from hikes and surprising pop artists with awards to give her first speech since her loss in the presidential election to Donald Trump.
The Dakota Access Pipeline, the mistrial of the police officer who killed Walter Scott, controversial administration picks by Trump, there are are myriad important recent issues Clinton could have commented on since November 8. Instead, she focused on the issue that is the most self-serving to her public image recovery, confirming she hasnt changed at all after her failure to win the presidency.
Using the recent pizzagate incident as a hook, Clinton chose to issue a call to action against the epidemic of malicious fake news and false propaganda that flooded social media over the past year. Fake news is an issue, but Clintons rhetoric fails to acknowledge her part in propagating it...

She would do us all a favor if she just stayed drunk.
Fake polls are real, too. They were created for her.
Of course not, because she doesn’t think she lost
Clinton has every right to be angry about fakenews, after all, she fell for the fakepolls put out by the fakenews outlets, and listened to the nightly spews on CNN, MSNBC, et.al., that said she was going to win in a walk.

“is interesting to see; all the attention that the NYT, Washington Post, and other such as The Kelly File, etc... have paid to the Pizzagate story in order to discredit it. Methinks thou dost protest too much...”

In her grandiose mind she knows all. Everyone else is to learn from her.
Hillary Clinton is like the old Bourbon kings of France — she learns nothing and forgets nothing.
Is it called “megalomania”, or is it even more complicated
than that?
You got it wrong. As the article says, she "... Clintons rhetoric fails to acknowledge her part in propagating it..."
She's angry that not enough people fell for it.
