Obama can’t pardon me into becoming a medical doctor and he can’t pardon them into legal residents or citizens. Procedures must be followed, such as going to medical school and passing exams or those regarding immigration.

Can't do that. He was convicted of state charges.
POTUS can only pardon for Federal crimes.
