SEATTLE (AP) Authorities hope a facial reconstruction of a girl who was slain by a Seattle-area serial killer will help identify the victim.
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children created the reconstruction of the girl, who was one of Gary Ridgways victims.

There are stories, like this one, that me mad at the world.
How do we allow a world were people can be murdered and no one notices them gone?
The family knows they are gone but don’t know what happened to them. More than likely this child was a runaway and they never heard from her again. Happens every day in America.
Now with Pizzagate...well....
Here is the missing kids section from the National Center for missing and exploited children.
Sometimes you’ve seen printouts of these kids at Wal Mart and other stores. It was parents like John Walsh and Noreen Gosch that started this site.
There are millions of these kids.

The sad irony is that the PA made a deal with Ridgway ostensibly to allow for victim “closure” but in reality for expedience.
In the 1990`s ,police pulled a female body up and identified as a young 18-20 year old, who had been dead for forty years. They finally tracked down her family and asked why they never put in a missing person report..They said she stormed out and said she never wanted to see them or talk to them again..So,they just assumed she still hated them....
How sad.
Yes...it happens every day too.
This animal known as the Green River killer murdered 70 plus females and all he got was three hots and a cot for life.
Something is wrong with the justice system.
It's called progressive controlled state government.
It’s called making a deal with the devil. He told them where more bodies where and they did not execute him. It blows yes but some families got closure that they would not have normally have.
Ridgeway killed over a large number of years. I live in the area, but the composite does not help because they are not giving a date range of when the girl died ... saying she was between 14-18, well did she die in 1990, or in 2000 ... very poor journalism.
Are they showing her picture in your area? That helps a lot. She’s someone’s daughter and someone has to be missing her. I sure hope someone calls and claims her.
So, when did she die? Where was she found? What was her racial background? How tall was she? 4’ 2” or 6’ 9”? Hair color? Any description of clothing, jewelry or other identifying items? Doesn’t sound like they really want her identified.
Images like this have been posted before and helped find the missing/wanted all the time. All it takes is for someone to see it and say “I know/remember him/her” and make the call.
Yes, but it helps to have a timeframe to remember from. Was it the tall, thin, black haired cashier at the grocery store in Kansas who you haven’t seen for six months ago or a short, stocky, blonde haired neighbor from 20 years ago in Oregon?
