Blacks toss the word around everyday.
This kids next video should be about being arrested for offending people.
Have the police rush in with guns pointed at the white kid while asking the black kid if he is alright.
Maybe a white cop could ask, “is the fried chicken?” as if he wants some.
what this kid did was disgusting but criminal charges... let the parents punish the kid. let others shame the kid because actions do have consequences. this should not be anything more then a discipline problem for the school and the parent.

If only he had produced porn or gangster rap. Meanwhile the 1st amendment continues to die at the hands of leftists.
Back in my day, the white kid would have made the video, the black kid would have punched the white kid. The principal would have suspended both of them for a couple days and told them to stay away from each other for the rest of the year and that would have been that, but now days we have to make everything a federal case (literally).
Where’s the offensive video?
If this is the video that is on youtube, it should not be considered criminal but a work of art. Freedom of speech is under fire. The speaker pontificates much truth and eating the chicken is actually a distraction from his message.
Good thing there was no watermelon involved.
