Fact: Democrat president FDR signed Executive Order 9066, putting Japanese Americans in concentration camps.
Fact: Republican president Ronald Reagan signed reparations bill for Japanese Americans who were forced into concentration camps.
It's always been my understanding that military integration occurred in the late 40's and was mandated by President Harry Truman, via executive order.
