What I am about to write may be seen, even by myself if it were not me writing, as conspiracy, paranoia, hysterics.
Except for one thing: I lived through two elections in Washington State where I saw the same pattern repeated that is emerging now before our eyes. It is theft pure and simple.
I do not do this to create fear or hysteria. I will write what I think can and must be done to stop this theft in the making.
As you read, I will try to keep it short and endeavor to equip you with an awareness that you can use with your own gifts to counter what the democrats are doing right now. Even if you are not an activist, just talking and tweeting with your family, coworkers, community helps to counter the media narrative that is about to break wide open.
DESCRIBING DEMOCRATS First, note that the democrats don't care about morality, about what's right or wrong, or anything that tilts 'logic' to their opponents. They only care about winning. Nothing else matters.
LOW-LEVEL DEMOCRATS Low-level democrats need only a 'party line lie' to regurgitate and they are good to go. "Count Every Vote!", "Elections Must Be Trusted!", etc. They will never know the behind-the-scenes goings on that cause the election to be stolen and they will never believe it was stolen. Just give them the party line and they will march in lock-step together.
MIDDLE-MANAGEMENT DEMOCRATS These persons have some sense that they are playing a game and taking one for the team but they are never directly privy to the actual plan details. These are County Election Supervisors who are democrats, unionized government officials, unionized parole officers, (yes, parole officers) in populous counties of states where they swing the state because of their numbers to blue candidates. These are the ones that always report last because they need to know if they have enough stash of false ballots at the ready.
HIGH-LEVEL DEMOCRATS These are democrat operatives that are highly paid and well-taken care of by proxies of the inner ring of the top candidates. Much of this was revealed in detail in James O'Keefe's Project Veritas undercover videos. These democrats are shrewd and cunning, they know what to say and how to say it so that their tracks and culpability are kept free of direct evidence that hangs them. When they do get caught (and some have been in the past), they are taken care of and reassigned. Thus, they haven't much to fear.
THE MECHANICS OF THE STEAL I'll get to the final act right away and then back up to explain how they get there.
"MANUFACTURE FALSE BALLOTS FAVORING THE DEMOCRAT AND SWITCH THEM OUT FOR LEGITIMATE VOTES".
I know it sounds rather anti-climatic to the intrigue you think I am building but I am not at all trying to induce 'drama' here. The goal is simply to pass on the findings, observations, and conclusions of previous election theft by democrats. As we will see, the above is the only way the democrats can steal an election and they have done so in the past as many here have suspected. However, I am going to write about some of the nuts and bolts of the process and then declare what must be done to stop it legally if it can be stopped legally. The alternative is to use democrat tactics against them. But either case requires an intense ground game. This election is unfortunately not over.
Note a few facts and things from history:
* Ballots are put into boxes or bags and tagged, sealed or marked. Inside are marked ballots with no identifying information. They are merely marked cards and nothing else.
* If one could switch out a box of 1000 ballots with another box of 1000 ballots, there may be no way to tell the difference in what was original and what was substituted. The ballot box and bag tags with custody signatures and dates are not always completely secure from tampering.
* Vote counting usually stops when the margin of victory is larger than the number of ballots remaining to be counted. The number of votes still to be counted are put in a safe place and are held for a long period of time.
* The accounting of how many votes are still to be counted is fairly well-defined and precise. With high probability, it will not be possible to add to the number of votes outstanding. The number is known unless the election is very close and still ongoing in the hours following in which case there will be stories of ballots found etc. But that is not the case here. The case here is in the switching out of ballots that were left uncounted because they did not matter to the margin of victory.
So let us pretend for a moment that we are democrat operatives who are making a plan to overturn and steal the election. We have to do a few things as fast as possible.
1) We have to do the math and determine the range and bound of numbers that make for a plausible story line. The key here for the entire 'criminal syndicate' is to get everything 'plausible' as talking points to repeat.
Remark: Our rank and file do not think we are a 'criminal syndicate'. We are a 'team' working to beat the criminal republicans. Ok? If any of our rank and file is caught, then they were just bucking up against the crimes the republicans have been committing for decades. It's Ok to break the rules because if we don't, the republicans will. (This is reasoning that is standard for criminals).
2) The math in step 1) is not trivial. We are going to ***switch out*** marked boxes and bags of ballots that have not been counted. We know how to do this. We are going to get to people that have the keys to the storerooms. They may be on our team and will know to look the other way; they didn't see anything unusual. If they are not part of our team and their office is crucial to our plan, then we need to get them to go on vacation for awhile or be put on temporary assignment elsewhere. We have the methods to make this happen. If any of our insiders gets caught, they know we will take good care of them. If they go against us, they know the consequences.
We may use parole officers who are on our team to send in some parolees to carry boxes, bags, and trash. The parolees will not know what is happening. But they know they had better do what their Parole Officer tells them to do. Their lives and future freedom hang in the balance. (Yes, this has been done before)
The ***switch out*** has to be with false ballots that are placed in the original bags or boxes after taking out the original ballots. We need to make the original ballots disappear. IMPORTANT: The false ballots cannot appear to be unreasonably for our candidate. The numbers favoring our candidate should appear to be 'reasonable'. We cannot create too much suspicion. Our math has to be believable. There has to be a 'plausible' expected count to ensure our candidate is put over the top.
3) Keep quiet and work fast. It is going to take a lot of effort and time to do this math and reiterate the numbers as our plans develop on the line of getting our people inside to execute the plan, and there is a deadline so we need to work feverishly. IMPORTANT: While we do the math and planning we want our opponents to think they won and to not be watching as we get the switch out in the works. We are planning in secret and do not want to alert our opponent to call in their watch dogs as we gain access to the ballot safe lockers.
4) We must somehow come up with a way to get our opponent's Margin of Victory reduced to less than the ballots that were left uncounted so that we can force the recounting. We will have our false ballots with the right numbers ready when this happens.
a. We can have one of our guys agree that he made an 'error' in manually entering the totals into his/her calculator after we have altered the background logs and data to allow this claim of human error. But we need more than just one error. We need to flip several states into our column and that will involve many different officials all of whom could not have made the same type of error.
b. We can try to create a scenario where we discover computer alteration of numbers by foreign hackers. Our insiders can get the ballot logs and change them to reflect padding of numbers must have occurred. We will need to create a 'forensic' finding of a hack occurred that reflects that vote totals were padded in favor of our opponent.
c. We have to be careful here because in court there will be discovery which can impede out progress but we can aim to stop the certification by Congress and delay the inauguration. Our computer scientists must come up with a scheme that is provable in a court of law. We have the Soros people on our side and they control GEMS. They can testify there is an audit trail showing that votes were added by an outside hack. We have DOJ people that will submit their evidence of a Russian originated hack. We will win at the district court level and the appeals level. The Supreme court will be tied and our ruling will be upheld as a result.
And so on. You can take it to the bank they are doing something quite similar to the above scenarios.
WHAT TO DO
If they have not done so already, the Trump people need immediately to station observers at the election offices 24/7 to stop the switch out.
All computer records and transmission codes must be obtained and put under a Court Master for safe keeping.
The Electors must be allowed through rulings of a court to proceed to vote on December 19, 2016 based on certified results to date. Any court ruling staying their vote must be overturned.
The Republicans in the House and Senate must follow through and certify the election for President based on the Electoral College submissions.
NOW HEAR THIS! Pay careful attention to what follows here.

IMPORTANT: "State submits conflicting sets of electoral votes to Congress". Think about that. Congress CAN HANDLE conflicting sets of votes.
Now think back to the scenario (near certainty) that the democrats obtain a district level court ruling that the Electors be barred from gathering on December 19, 2016 to formally cast their votes for their states. The above language clearly allows for conflicting sets of votes to be submitted to Congress.
What must be done is a make a pre-emptive strike to obtain a court affirmation that the language of Congress supersedes any other court ruling to the contrary. In other words, a court cannot stop the submission of conflicting sets of votes. Each set of votes must be submitted to Congress. Concurrently a stay (restriction, TRO, Preliminary Injunction) must be obtained to bar any other party from seeking to stop the submission of Electoral votes to Congress. Such a stay should be obtained at the appellate level in which case a tied Supreme Court will leave the stay in place.
The strategic details are in which appellate court to seek the affirmation and stay. This is crucial.
Easier solution. Who feeds the blue states. Quit feeding them.

Deadline for the EC is first Monday after second Wednesday which is Dec 19, not Dec 13. Dec 13 is a Wisconsin deadline imposed on itself.

I would ask you to comment on the following.
Wisconsin has a choice to present conflicting sets of votes or not to present anything. If Wisconsin fails to certify its votes, those votes may be withheld at the Dec 19 meeting of the EC. If they certify after Dec 19, Congress may not accept their Electoral Votes.
Wisconsin has 10 Electoral votes. Keeping their votes out of the election means neither Trump nor Clinton can be credited those 10 EC votes. Trump still has 296.
Stein will have to repeat the same for PA and MI.
If Trump ends up with less than 270 EC votes, the choice for President will be decided in Congress. For Congress to select anyone other than Trump would in my view lead to a meltdown in American society because the decision would be preceded by weeks and weeks of gut-wrenching vote flipping in the states described. With Trump supporters in a rage, a vote by Congress for Trump will be not only legal but expected as the majority in Congress is the party of Trump.

The State Secretary of State knows from county reports how many absentee ballots were sent out.
When the decision to stop counting is made. it is because the margin of victory is greater than all votes left to be counted. If every absentee ballot was returned, the state would look at how many would be necessary to overcome the margin of victory.
In order to steal the election, the thieves must find a way to reduce the margin of victory. That is apparently happening already with a claim that 3 precincts in WI found errors in counting totals and Trump’s margin has been reduced.
But they need to reduce it to the point where the uncounted votes, meaning those votes that weren’t counted because they were not enough to overcome the winning margin, are now capable of overcoming the new margin.
Easy example:
Candidate A wins over Candidate B by 10,000 votes.
Votes left uncounted number 6,000.
Errors found in totals reduce the winning number of votes to 5,000.
Votes left uncounted now exceed winning margin. So now they will be counted to see if they make a difference.
The language of the National Archives supports your statement.
“If no candidate receives a majority of Electoral votes, the House of Representatives elects the President from the 3 Presidential candidates who received the most Electoral votes. Each state delegation has one vote.”

I was reading that the Wisconsin system of elections will be working nearly around the clock. I didn’t like the sound of that when I read it because it reminded me what happened years ago here in WA State.
When election officials get pressed against the wall over a deadline, they tend to cut corners in order to not let down all the people that worked around the clock to try and make the deadline.
I believe Wisconsin will have nearly 5 million votes to hand count.
There are many votes that were not counted because the winning margin was more than the votes remaining to be counted.
So they need to ‘reduce’ the winning margin by claiming data entry errors, hacking, etc.

Many votes aren’t counted by the day after the election. That’s why it takes weeks to certify the vote in each state and why we’ve seen the popular vote count go up day after day in official tallies. All valid ballots get counted by the end.
There is NEVER a decision made to “stop counting.” This is total BS. ALL votes are counted before the final tally is certified in each state.
If you stopped and thought for ONE SECOND you should realize that Trump/Clinton are not the ONLY things on the ballot. Many other races are and they all have their own margins of victory. NO ONE is comparing the “margin” in every race and making a decision to “stop counting” in some cases. This is simply urban legend BS.
I’m in Washington. On the first and second recount the Republican (Dino Rossi) still held his lead. On the third recount it was determined that Gregoire had the most votes (after finding more ballots in the trunk of a car), and the recount ended.
Similar happened in Minnesota several years later, and I found the following - the numbers are still good:
“Get on the phone to the NRCC [Nat’l Republican Congressional Committee] (202-479-7000), NRSC (202-675-6000) and make it clear in no uncertain terms that they defend your vote. Tell them you expect to see ads on TV and Press Conferences. Tell them you expect to see lawyers by the planeloads and scorched earth tactics to rival the Mongols.”
I am thinking they have already done this.
But here’s the thing that gives hope.
Trump knows how corrupt these people are. He said many times over on the campaign trail that there is nothing these people won’t do to rig the results.
Now we can bet Trump is getting reports every day on what the democrats are up to. So it stands to reason he would not allow the ballot storage lockers to be left unmonitored. At least I hope not.
Somehow I think Donald Trump knows he’s in the middle of WWIII here and as such, he’s not letting his guard down for even a moment until he’s sworn in.
But there are reports today that some Wisconsin election official admitted to a ‘data entry error’ that revealed ‘vote padding’ in favor of Trump and as a consequence, Trump’s margin of victory is reduced by 5000 votes.
So it appears to be happening. Even it was not true, it shows how the democrats are pushing this.
Like I said at the beginning, for me I would like to ignore all this and look forward to a Trump America, However, the memories of two high-level election thefts in my state from years ago stay in my memory and unfortunately nag at me that this is not simple paranoia. It is real. I lived through it.
It’s like watching a murder in cold blood and watching the murderer laugh knowing no one will ever do anything about it. It’s an impression that alters one’s thinking. You can never forget such as incident.
And the murderer in my example takes the form of democrat operatives who are positioning to commit the same crime in the same manner. Unfortunately, I know how these people act and think. Trust me, if you don’t know how they are, you don’t want to know.
Yes, Soros did own Smartmatic, makers of the Diebold machines and he sold it to Dominion who is the largest mfg of such machines. But Soros’ group retained control of all the IP for all these machines. So yes, Soros is in a position to rig the vote tallies.
I was not the only one reporting on this. There were Trump supporters in a deeper background that were monitoring that situation in much more detail and they had a plan which I was never privy too.
Somehow the Soros people did not follow through or were thwarted. That gave a lot of people including me a great sigh of relief.
That doesn’t mean the problem is non-existent. Quite the contrary. The problem is so pervasive, that Australia begins testing Block Chain Technology for voting next year.
It’s not a conspiracy nutcase issue if Australia thinks they should do something about it.

Its obvious whatever methods are used, the objective is to weaken and undermine the Trump presidency or even create a civil war to destroy America.
Thank you for the acknowledgement of how elections are really counted. Why in the world would anyone believe that a county would arbitrarily quit counting votes because of one race out of 20? In our state, there is a process called a “canvass” where the county commissioners meet a week after the election to review and certify the election, by examining that the number of signed poll slips corresponds to the number of votes cast, etc. Every single absentee ballot that was postmarked by election day is entered into the counts. They discuss and vote, for each ballot individually, whether to accept or reject each single “provisional ballot” (i.e. paper ballot given to person which is then challenged for trying to vote but not appearing on precinct’s voter roll). This process takes days even in a small county.
It would be illegal to “decide to quit counting”.
As usual, you are not aware that voting statutes are highly variable from state to state.
Indeed, a state is not going to wait until all votes are counted before certifying certain election results.
All that any state’s Secretary of State needs to know before certifying the election results of a presidential contest is that the votes still outstanding are less than the winning margin.
For a presidential election year, there are different deadlines to abide by.
A state’s Secretary of State is not going to wait for all ballot issues, and all candidates running for office to be clear in a winning margin before certifying the winner of the presidential vote.
Each SOS has to certify to the states electors who won the presidential vote. Then they can move on to certifying other election matters. It’s not all done in one sitting.
A state SOS is not going to delay certifying the states presidential vote because they are waiting for say the results of some land commissioner to be finalized.
Eventually, all votes get counted but not all are counted by the certification deadlines. That’s the issue here.
So for Wisconsin, their self-imposed deadline for certifying to the state’s electors the presidential vote is December 13. If all the votes have not been counted by then, the certification will not be delayed unless the number of votes remaining to be counted are more than the winning margin. If that’s not the case, the presidential election will be certified even though there are still votes to be counted.
What recent reports say is that Trump’s winning margin has been reduced because of ‘data entry error’.
Thus, if Trump’s winning margin continues to be reduced to less than the number of votes still to be counted, then the ordered recount must count all the votes. Therefore, a ‘switch out’ is poised to be set in motion by election thieves because the votes still outstanding can tip the state to Clinton.
And if you believe election theft is a conspiracy theory, then you really should get up to speed.
So specifically Trump led by more than 13,000 votes in WI but it was reduced to a little more than 10,000 as vote counting continued. But still there are about 8,000 votes to be counted and not all of them will be for Clinton. So Trump wins and the results are certified by the deadline.
But what if the report of reducing Trump’s total by 5,000 is true based on an alleged data entry error? Then Clinton would have to win more than 6,500 of say 8,000 votes still to be counted in order to win Wisconsin.
So of say 8,000 votes remaining to be counted, 6,500 votes go to Clinton and 1,500 to Trump.
Likely? No.
Would the democrats do it anyway? Um, yep.
They not only would do it, they have done it and I lived through it in each of their more than 18 separate occasions of finding yet more votes for the democrat during the counting of absentees by parolees monitored by a democrat parole officer who snickered at what a cake walk it was.
All that needs to be done to make this fraud work is to reduce the winning margin and that was what was reported today.
Now comes reports that Stein was receiving millions and millions in a few hours of time via bots with funds stemming from Soros.
Would Soros fund Stein for all these recounts? Is that also BS? Is it a conspiracy kook theory?
All these reports are patterns expected by democrat operatives who are accustomed to stealing whatever election they desire to steal. We are going to see if these reports are true.
But two facts are incontrovertible. One is that Stein received huge amounts of money in suspicious intervals of time and the other is that Wisconsin is going to do a full hand recount of close to 5 million votes even though Trump’s winning margin exceeds the votes still to be counted, unless of course his winning margin can somehow be reduced which according to reports may be in the works.
The number of ‘more ballots’ found in that election exceeded more than 18 instances.
More than 500 homeless persons were registered as living at the address of the King County Election Office.
In the court case that followed, the judge ruled that 1,674 votes were fraudulent against a 3rd recount winning margin of 128 for the democrat Gregoire. But he ruled that it was impossible to know which way those 1,674 votes went. Therefore, the fraud was moot. The judge was also known as a democrat and a homosexual in liberal Seattle.
There were numerous instances of democrat voters registered in other states simultaneously and voting in all states they had been registered. There were no such instances of registered republicans doing the same or similar.
There were many registered voters who were found to have claimed they were not American citizens on jury duty summons forms. When Rossi investigators knocked on the doors of their listed addresses, some answered that they were told to register to vote or they would be deported.
Dean Logan was the County Elections Supervisor where all the fraud occurred. He was caught lying, committing perjury but was not charged as he resigned and took a similar job in Los Angeles County, California.
Logan’s deputy was witnessed high-fiving and clapping his hands when it was announced that the Judge ruled against Rossi because it could not be said for sure which way the fraud went.
Felons on parole were found to be working in the mail rooms of offices where absentee ballots were being opened.
The list goes into the hundreds of items. It was a blatant criminal conspiracy and now anyone that tries to point out the democrats are at it again is labeled a conspiracy kook.
