India is a third-world craphole. The average IQ is about 80 at best.
I have met some really smart, interesting Indian people. But there are vast cultural differences between us and them. Riding on the outside of trains is just one example.
Not so. There are many, many high IQ people in India. If you read the Bell Curve, their ethnic group averages about 10-15 points above Caucasians. Much of their difficulty lies in their socialistic bent which represses people and removes opportunities.
