Not so. There are many, many high IQ people in India. If you read the Bell Curve, their ethnic group averages about 10-15 points above Caucasians. Much of their difficulty lies in their socialistic bent which represses people and removes opportunities.

The Bell Curve only ranked East Asians; Japanese, Koreans, and Chinese, not Indians who are Western Asians.
