If I were her, the mother, I’d be suing the State of Minnesota for a “hold harmless” declaration from the state absolving her of any debt to the state (past or future) arising out of healthcare payments (nonpayments) etc. ensuing because of the ‘sex’ change. I’d do this because the state would eventually try in some manner to recoup the costs of this off her. I just know they’d do it. Just like Medicaid does and they’d go after the parent.

I’d sue them for that as a minimum to be on the safe side.

The title is misleading. She is suing the school district and some mexical professionals for not informing her of the medical treatment he is receiving.
