I have no problem with Jim's policy. My problem was with your spamming and your evident brown-nosing. You looking for a star on your forehead?

However, I'll let it slide as this looks to be a happy day for us and so I won't bother with this no more.

Go Michigan! Turn yourself RED for us!

We are in Boston township. Typically long lines for a presidential election which is one reason we voted absentee. Same fill in the blank paper ballots and optical reader.

Sander Levin is the Rep in the area if that answers your question.

There was a 65 year old man there voting for the first time in his life today. He had trouble putting his ballot in the machine and I noticed that he voted for Trump. Yeah.

Small mid-Michigan city.

Arrived 9:30,Five or so minutes in line, 10 voting booths, all occupied. Ballot cast #216. Out @ 10:00.

Exit pollers did not attempt to talk to me even though I was the only one leaving at the time.

I was in line in Livingston county at 6:45. I was about number 50. The longest line I’ve ever been in at opening was about 7, and I came closer to 7:00 then. There were about 150 there before I left. It seems that some years we’ve not had that many all day.

Attempted to vote here in Jackson County first thing this morning when polls opened but the lines were much too long. I went off to work and just returned (took an extended lunch). Lines were still long but moving. I’ve voted at this precinct for 12 years and this is the busiest I’ve seen it. Jackson tends to favor Republicans but did vote for Obama in 2008 (I believe on a 53-47 margin). Lately it’s been about 51-49 in favor of the Republicans. A lot of people were wearing red. Multiple cars had Trump stickers. And the yard signs: I would say Trump signs have been outnumbering Clinton by about 5:1. That margin seemed to widen this morning as a lot of homes seemed to bring out their signs overnight. So a lot of hopeful signs here.

I will be going after work, but a lot of the guys in the office went this morning. I would say the informal poll here favors Trump. Was surprised that a lot of the younger guys are Trump guys - and passionately. Think we’ll take Michigan.

That kinda matches my experience. In a hurry and one red neck northern Mi guy ahead of me. He has not voted in ten plus yrs. The woman searching for his registration says she cannot believe all the people showing up who have not voted In many years. This town is red. These are Trump voters. Course it is a small town, but the sentiment is worth reporting I thought.

That's good to hear. It sounds like you are in the I-75/retired UAW corridor. Lots of those in Houghton Lake.

Luntz is such a retard...Trump had a chance before his little prognostication, what his statement means is that Trump has an OUTSTANDING chance.

Just voted in Rochester (East Oakland County)..longer wait than normal. Usually can get in quickly, fill out the registration form and get a ballot. Probably waited 15+ minutes this AM just to get through the id check.

Polling place had roughly three dozen stations where you could vote. We use paper ballots that you mark with ink, and feed into a scanner.

Voter # was in the mid 700s..I don’t keep track year to year but that seems quite a bit higher for earlier in the day (11:30’ish) than when I typically vote in the mid PM.

Next to zero Hillary signs in the area. Lots of Trump signs..FWIW.
