I cherish the right to keep my vote secret, and I believe we are beginning to see challenges to the right to secret ballot. I wrote about this concern in The Federalist after seeing the angry reaction to the Brexit vote in the United Kingdom. The shocked Remain camp behaved as though Brexit voters had no right whatsoever to prevail at the ballot box.
In the meantime, I’ve watched how people at Donald Trump rallies—basically folks who have felt kicked under the bus by fat-cat elites and their bureaucrats—have been beaten and collectively smeared as right-wing-white-nationalist-KKK-every-slur-in-the-book deplorables. It’s not pretty. No, neither is Trump what you’d call “pretty.” But we don’t live in pretty times now, do we?

Exactly. Republicans have seemed to have this idea that you can play by the Marquess of Queensbury rules against a cheating, street fighting opponent and are shocked every time they get their ass handed to them.

For all the NeverTrumpers who complain that Trump isn’t conservative enough I’m just trying to imagine where Marco Rubio or Ted Cruz would be at this point of the campaign if they were the nominee. They would’ve been splattered all over the place by now and Hillary would already have her prospective cabinet named. As it is she’s literally fighting for her political and personal lives against Trump. When she loses it’s a person or the federal pen for her.

Anyone who thinks the GOP has ever been conservative hasn’t been paying attention. The majority of them are better liars than Hillary. I was listening to the radio the other night and they were talking about how little Marco was not supporting Trump because Trump wasn’t conservative enough.
What a crock! The Tea Party put Marco into office, but he jumped into bed with the GOPe before the sheets were cool. He will remain in office, but he chose the losing side. Rubio is afraid of Trump, because he will destroy the corrupt whore that is the GOP.

I would vote for Trump against any one else that i know of, and already have.
cruz said he wouldn’t bring up bill’s past. He lost right there.
