"Yet a tour of Mrs. Clintons early work as a litigator, through interviews with some of the trial lawyers, judges and clients who remember her, turns up much of what would distinguish her as a politician many years later: Diligent preparation and a surgical approach to dismantling opposing arguments."
"Mrs. Clintons legal work included unsavory criminal cases. When a 41-year-old factory worker was accused of raping a 12-year-old girl, and requested a female lawyer, a Fayetteville judge appointed Mrs. Clinton, over her objections. The crime lab mistakenly discarded crucial evidence, and she reached a plea bargain, reducing the charge to unlawful fondling; her client served less than a year in jail."

The whole article is very enlightening, she must have been very sharp at one time. I don't believe that is the case nowadays, however.
save for later
And now she is being eviscerated with her own words and deeds.
Surgically.
No!
No way!
The New York Times has a headline with “Hillary Clinton” and “Nasty Can Of Beans” in it?
Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!
Just a sec.....
Gotta catch my breath......
Hahahahahahahahahahaha!
Ambulance chaser after she flunked her bar exam in Washington DC
Never mind that she put the underwear in her personal car and drove it thousands of miles across state lines.
Clinton was NOT appointed to defend the child rapist. She did it because he knew someone that wanted her to defend as a favor. Moreover she stole the evidence it did not disappear
As usual, it’s a ten-bagger...
“...much of what would distinguish her as a politician many years later:
* Diligent preparation and a surgical approach to dismantling opposing arguments.
* A capacity for warmth with clients and adversaries alike.
* Toughness and deftness in the face of male condescension.
* A minimal appetite for the spotlight, if not quite an aversion to it.”
What a steaming pant load. “Warmth”?? Ask her SS detail in the WH about her “warmth.”
“Minimal appetite for the spotlight”?? That’s all she has done, ever.
“Deftness”?? She’s a thoroughly clumsy oaf when it comes to politics. NONE of the crafty abilities of her skunk husband.
“A surgical approach to dismantling opposing arguments”?? I didn’t see any of that during the three debates with Trump. She never once took any of his arguments head-on.
“The crime lab mistakenly discarded crucial evidence, and she reached a plea bargain, reducing the charge to unlawful fondling; her client served less than a year in jail.” “
Yes, I believe it was just a “mistake”. There was no way Hillary the unethical coke-whore arranged this.
” The whole article is very enlightening...”
Yeah. Especially the praise for her work on the Watergate committee....
She was kicked off the committee for lying, attempting to falsify evidence. The article omitted that particular detail, and many others, while the NYT insists she has an 86% chance of winning the election.
Interesting, too, is that the article notes without comment her early legal representation of corporate clients, against the very same type of people to whom she now panders shamelessly for votes.
And her vote-buying tactic is to claim she has always been a champion of the little people against the rich and powerful...
Is this the same Hilary Rodham (Clinton) that was removed from the Watergate investigation team for lying and embellishing facts? Just curious.
