Technically, I left a few months ago, after seeing how they were treating Trump when it became clear he won the nomination. I’m not going back ever. Nov. 8 might be my last votes for Republicans ever, after an entire life of voting straight party.
I am moving over to the burn it all down position - destroy the country as quickly as possible - should we lose.
Why leave if Trump wins??
Do you understand the depth to which the media, the Dems, and the Establishment will spin such an abandonment as a protest AGAINST Trump?? Dispite the real reason??
If Trump wins, he is the head of the party.
What HAS already happened is that the Republican Party has been transformed back to its small-government, populist, pro-American roots. It doesn't matter if Trump wins or loses. If he loses, a new nationalist party will take the GOP place. If he wins, the Republicans will have to play ball with Trump assuming he gets a mandate landslide.
Anyone who stays is either a card carrying RINO sellout or just plain stupid.
Defeatist.
With that attitude you might as well join the independent party, John Kasich or some other party with NO chance of winning.

Now that the Bush-Clinton Crime Family has been exposed, it may not be necessary to leave.
I’m leaving this damn party, and at the moment I’m an elected Republican official (county commissioner in a small Georgia county). I’ll have to figure out how to get on the ballot as an independent next time. I went to the Kansas City convention in 1976 as a supporter of Ronaldus Maximus and was Chair of the College Republicans at my university in the 1970s. Never again will I allow my name to be associated with these scumballs.

They helped him gain a position in Texas politics, Texas Land Commissioner.
Ya see, this is the Bush family. Allowing hundreds of thousands/millions of Messy-cans to flow across our borders, the Bush family knows eventually Texas will become like California...majority hispanic. Down the road, Ol George P. will reach out to the hispanic vote and win the governors race here in Texas. This in my opinion will occur a decade or so down the road....but it will happen.

It finally sunk in that I am the RINO and the those running the party are the Real Republicans because the party is basically one half of the ruling elite that controls everything in this country. So I am done with them even when Trump wins.
WIN or Lose it is time, past time, to go asymmetric in the attack on the corrupt system. The “Bill Clinton is a rapist” and the “CNN Sucks” type attacks must be accelerated. Reporters, News organizations, Entertainers, Politicians must be punked at every chance.
Imagine a spate of charges against prominent news people, reporters, entertainers, and politicians of sexual misconduct or spewing racial slurs. We have learned it doesn’t matter if they are true. Tear down the system. Destroy credibility. Brian Williams is the template.
Sitting and tapping on keyboard won’t get it done. Time to fight Alinsky with Alinsky.

In all due respect to you, if Hillary wins, it’s over. What’s left of the Constitution and Bill of Rights will be gone, with the blessing of the Supremes.
The illegal invasion which has the USA all but culturally neutered, will intensify and the promised million or so muslims posing as refugees will be here in no time. And with the MB running virtually all the alphabet agencies now, we can expect sharia law to become the law of the land - except for the Indian Reservations and Amish.
There will be no 2020 election to worry about.

Ironically, I registered as a Republican to vote for Trump in the primary, but am not sticking around after everything I’ve seen.
You’re missing the point.
If Trump loses, I’ll definitely not vote for them anymore. I may remain as a Republican just to vote in presidential primaries.
