It may take a while. The fragments from modern grenades are small but numerous. It’s not clear to me if those were hand grenades or 40 mm.

Yeah, you can see a guy on the right run out, grab the carcass -- and then get mowed down by a hail of gunfire. That's what started all the "Allahu akbar"s -- just before the grenades go off.
FWIW, I counted at least three limpers and several more holding hit spots...
