It was 86 in Kansas City today but the woolly worm I saw last week was pure black, no brown rings at all. Last couple of winters have been very mild, we’re due for a severe one.

Hmmm....I haven’t seen any wooly worms on our pecan trees, this year. Maybe they all moved up north ;-)
