Networks don't have a say in local news content, other than perhaps a limitation on use of video from other networks. Ultimately, the management and the owners of the stations make the decision.
O'Keefe has stated that the videos will run, regardless of what happens to him -- he actually wrote that response in to a question whether he had a "dead man's switch".
No, we probably won't see them from big network affiliates on the East and West Coast. But, there are hundreds of smaller affiliates and independents that would leap at the chance for this kind of exclusive.
My guess is it’s Bill C with minors and Hillary comes I to blame it on the minors.
If it’s a video showing pay to play, I think it will be a big yawn. Everyone knows that this is how the Clintons operate and it doesn’t seem to make any difference. I’m amazed that there hasn’t been more outrage over their Haiti scam.

I don’t think so. At this point, there are essentially no undecideds. All that remains are people who have made up their mind, but need to be motivated to act upon it. So this bombshell, such as it may be, is actually more important to folks who would be inclined to vote for Trump in any case.

Don’t mistake a lack of news coverage as indifference by the American public. The media oligarchs control content, Check out the coverage the wikileaks stuff gets on social media for example.
I disagree with those who say “if the MSM doesn’t report it, no one will hear about it”.
If these videos are really that damning, then right off the bat, it will be reported in the Wall St. Journal, National Review, Weekly Standard, Investors Business Daily, etc.
In addition, Glenn Reynolds of Instapundit writes a column for USA today. Charles Krauthammer, George Will, and Ross Douthat will write about it in the Washington Post and NY Times. Fox will be all over it, which means that CNN will have to give it some coverage too.
And then you have many Centrist newspapers scattered all over the country who will also cover it.
Add Drudge, all the blogs, and Trump himself.
The MSM still has a lot of power, but they no longer have the power to kill a big story in the heat of an POTUS election. Those days are over!!
Sounds like quite the business plan for conservatives:
1. start conservative media source.
2. get lots of eyeballs.
3. Get bought out by corporate oligarchs for obscene amounts of cash.
4. Repeat.
Remember the hurricane and Obama flying out to inspect, doing the photo op with Christie? That, with the massive fraud, very likely put him over the edge.
There are many people who won't decide until that day. Some won't even really commit to whether they are going to vote or not until that day.

I hope that (1) he’s got the goods again this time, and (2) he’s got the right timing for maximum impact. Tipping the scales right before the final debate helps. However, we want them to stay tipped for the biggest rush of mail in and early voting and for Election Day. I hope he’s got a trickle schedule, where the first release is big news, but even bigger things come out every few days until the Saturday/Sunday before the election.
I hope they haven’t. No connection helps to avoid it looking like collusion.
