What man has never told an off-color joke? Or listened to an off-color joke? Or laughed at an off-color joke? If that's you, then you can rightly be offended by Trump's decade-old remarks. Otherwise, just shut up.

Me as well. I do find it is easier to do. There is a time when if I was carrying some breakable item and dropped it, I would be so angry at my clumsiness that I would, almost without exception, utter loudly (or shout depending on where I was) some pretty bad cusswords. Having grown up in a military family, and spent a few in myself, I developed a pretty bad cussing habit.
Now, about the only time I really swear loudly is if I actually hurt myself by doing something like slamming my thumb with a hammer. I still can cuss a streak.
But now, if I drop something valuable/breakable, I can close my eyes, stay still for a few moments, open my eyes, and exhale...then just bend to the task of cleaning.
I think that is one of the things that separates us from liberals. They seem to think that certain behaviors just “are” and should be accepted without judgement as normal, while conservatives generally understand we are flawed, and can strive to do better at these things.

I wish I remembered all the funny, off-color jokes I’ve told, heard and laughed at. Many but not enough! And I’m a college-indoctrinated female. Go Trump!
Why aren’t conservative women dropping away from Trump like flies? Because they are treated like this by liberals a lot and liberals flaunt everything from abortions to STDs to their bodies and lewd behavior.
The liberal men can seduce and abandon, sometimes rape, threaten and increasingly assault conservative women (Laura Southern, Ayan Hirsi Ali) with impunity. And this statement is backed up by the timing of the tapes - no one even bothered to share it when he was a billionaire Democrat. This is just another case of conservatives held to a much higher standard by Democrats than they expect their own people to meet; but that’s allowed when your identity politics says you’re good and moral just for belonging to their tribe.

Thing is, most of us (but not all) would readily say “Hey. Here is a transcript of everything I have said in my life. If you look through it, you are going to see things in there that are inappropriate/mean/petty/distasteful/hurtful/younameit.
But as I get older, I can forgive myself and promise to try to do better, as long as being better isn’t knuckling under to what some liberal says is appropriate to say.
I know right from wrong, and will be my own arbiter.

my cousin is 34, has worked as a teacher at a catholic school for about 10 years. told an off color joke at lunch (poor judgement admittedly), there was a female student teacher that took offense, filed a complaint and he was fired. every male in my family is voting trump.
