Well, based at least on the precedents set 55 years ago and again 23 years ago, as a potential President, he should be rated "Well qualified."

In the nineties, I made a vow to myself. After the myriad scandals that the Clintons were involved in, and they spanned every conceivable category - political, financial, personal - I vowed that from that day forward, I would NEVER get worked up about a Republican scandal that was being promoted by the Democrats or the liberal media. I mean, Clinton pretty much destroyed all standards. If the left didn’t care about Clinton, I am not going to give a rat’s petutie about what my guy (supposedly) did. So, I DON’T CARE.
Actually the Clinton/Bush cabal made a tactical error with this maneuver because now Trump has carte blanche to expose the cabal like an atomic bomb. Nothing is off limits for him now because he has nothing to lose. Last debate he was a nice guy. That’s over now. They want to play this kind of hardball, well then they are effed to put it mildly. Trump says mean things to people, talked locker room Howard Stern crap. Yeah OK, meanwhile Trump has got decades of CRIMINAL ACTIVITY by the Clinton/Bush cabal to talk about. Involvement in everything from rape, bribery, arming terrorists, causing a huge refugee crisis destroying millions of lives, sending thousands of our troops to their deaths in Iraq for nothing, suspicion of murder, espionage, diverting classified info, treason, stealing Haitian relief money, drugs, fraudulent charity, pay for play on and on and on and on and on and Trump has got an entire month to expose it all.
