Quinnipiac Polling Internals Missing Party ID, and Missing Women vs. Men Voters
Quinnipiac U ^ | October 7, 2016 | Douglas Schwartz P.h.D, Tim Malloy

"Women, non-Whites gives Clinton 5-Points lead over Trump...Independent voters in Big Shift to Clinton"

"A 20 percentage - point lead among women and a 45-point lead among non-white voters lift Democrat Hillary Clinton to a 45 – 40 percent likely voter lead over Republican Donald Trump, with 6 percent for Libertarian Party candidate Gary Johnson and 3 percent for Green Party candidate Jill Stein, according to a Quinnipiac University national poll released today."

From October 5 – 6 , Quinnipiac University surveyed 1,064 likely voters nationwide with a margin of error of +/-3 percentage points. Live interviewers call landlines and cell phones.

I do not see Quinnipiac's party identification breakdown in their internal polling nor the percentages of women vs. men polled.

Maybe someone else can look at the internals and find them and report that I'm blind.

Quinnipiac shows Trump losing Indies to Hell in a head-to-head race by 20%. Indies: Shrill 57% Trump 37%. Oh BS. The overall numbers in the head-to-head race is H 50% to T 44%.

[The overall numbers in the head-to-head race is H 50% to T 44%]

Why even report this? They aren’t the only two in the race.

The Q kiddies do both. They polled for the 4-way race with Stein and Johnson: Hellary 45%, Trump 40%, Stein 3%, Johnson 6%.

It’s in the “sample and methodology” detail.
More ‘likely voter’ shenanigans.

Yesterday, Farleigh Dickenson had Hillary up by ten points.

She’s walking away with it, even though she may be in a coma.

Trump has been winning I’s in the 10 to 20% range all cycle... To show him now down 20% with them would be a 30-40% shift overnight... So calling BS

It’s there? I see what percentage of party each candidate gets. Trump gets 91% Rep, Hell gets 95% of the Dems, and the percentages of women and men voting for Hell or Trump. The Age breakdown and motivation questions if they are likely to vote.

But I’m still looking for Party ID. What part, number, or percentage of 1,064 polled were Dems, Repubs, or Indies?

I cannot recall ever seeing a Farleigh Dickenson poll with a Republican in the lead. It must be some unicorn with those clowns.

I went to the Farleigh Dickensen site and looked at internals. Party mix was at least reasonable Dem+5, Men Woman Woman +4 I think, also reasonable.

But down deep, education. They had 40% college grads in their sample. The US is 28% college grads above age 21. that is a very strong skew and probably makes the poll worthless.

Always keep looking at the samples. Party and Gender may be okay, but other things may not be.

No men/women percentage breakdown, so this poll is total bs! It could be 60w/40m for all we know.
Party is as follows
Republican 31
Democrat 34
Independent 28
Other/DK/NA 7
