So this weirdness just happened on our way to Hoboken at 7AM this morning on the New Jersey Turnpike. On 1630 AM radio, a voice keeps repeating "Trump will go 26th". It went on for at least 5 minutes from when the radio tuned it in while scanning. Near the Newark airport I78 part of Turnpike. Just landed in a Jason Bourne movie.

I have no idea about the 26th, but I’m wary of the following two dates:

A loopstick antenna built into an AM portable radio could be used to direction find the transmitter. the 26th is the debate date. Extra security needs to be in place for that audience. Was this reported to authorities?

In the place where the band I was with at the time practiced, the fire dept would come through the vocal amplifier. Was pretty cool actually.

1630 is an AM oldies station out of Englewood Cliffs, near the GW. Hoboken is 15 miles south. Possible that somebody overrode the signal at the location where the radio picked it up. Maybe some radio geek with a shortrange transmitter pulling a weird prank and now getting google hits.
I don’t know? Although since it’s on YouTube I would bet they probably are aware of it
