NPR Station Publishes Anti-Trump Comic for Teachers, Children to Use in Class (Best. Comic. Ever.)
Breitbart ^ | 9-13-2016 | Joel Pollak

Posted on 09/14/2016 8:50:40 PM PDT by brucedickinson

The comic book slide show, illustrated by Andy Warner, is part of KQED’s series “The Lowdown,” described by the station as “Connecting newsroom to classroom,” and is presented among “lesson plans and education guides” for teachers to use.

The “lesson” consists of twelve panels, starting with two panels depicting the Republican presidential nominee commenting on Mexican immigrants and proposing to shut down Muslim immigration. It goes on to explain: “Some Americans find his rhetoric alarming, but it follows a long tradition of anti-immigrant public discourse.”

Subsequent panels trace hostility to immigration from Benjamin Franklin in the mid-18th century, to the Know-Nothings of the 1850s, through the anti-Catholic Ku Klux Klan, the internment of Japanese-Americans

Here is the staff from KQED San Francisco- the guy 2nd from the right, reminds me of Captain America before the "Vita-Rays"

I grew up thinking Benjamin Franklin was a Father of our country and a genius, but after reading the comic book, I'm pretty sure he raped his slaves.

And now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to slip into my little basket and read this over and over again.

Gee, I thought NPR stood for National Public Radio, supported in part by public monies. How can they then produce such biased garbage favoring one candidate over another?

“[O]nly the useless in the reconstruction of their countries are seeking to come to the United States ... the immigration of recent years has been from that class of people which arrests rather than aids, the development of any nation”

Lillian Russell in her report to the President of the United States, 1922

Some things never change.

Smiling, racist, fatuous, arrogant, self-hating, suicidal liberals trying to destroy the very freedom they're using to try to destroy freedom:

Could you put this in “Extended News” or “Front Page News?” It would need a change from “General.”

Thanks!

our graphically talented ones need to counter with a comic book about comic book writers creating that piece of garbage. Telling a story-within-the-story sets the perfect frame for explaining the propagandizing liberal mindset.

That’s some of the goofiest looking snowflakes I’ve seen yet. I bet they have a lot of trouble trying to figure out which public restroom to use.

I turn 84 today and even I wouldn’t want THEM at my birthday party.

Being bored at my age could be dangerous to my health. :-)

Hillary is going to come and say a few words at your Birthday party-

... and then she'll cough up blood. She's fine.

Oh my. There’s a pitiful little collection of bed wetters if ever I’ve seen one. I don’t even know how to comment on those poor, empty-headed little hipsters. They’re so dumb they’re almost cute. I’d love to see the two girls on the outsides kick the fannies of the three girls in the middle. It wouldn’t even be a fair fight.
