I have a note 7. The other day it got so hot that buttons on the side where quite hot to the touch. No idea why. I had to power down and let it sit for 10 minutes to cool down.

I own a Nexus 5X and updated to Ver. 7.0 (Nugat) on the 29th of this month. With this new OS version the battery lasts for almost 3 days.
