Police: 5 Shot In Egg Harbor Township Shootings, 1 Dead

EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, NJ (CBS) — Authorities announced on Monday that multiple people were shot in Egg Harbor Township. Police say that there are five total victims and one of them has died.

New Jersey State troopers, Egg Harbor Township Police and ATF agents had to take over a section of a Wawa parking lot where an SUV involved in the shooting remained parked.

State Police and Egg Harbor police responded to the Wawa parking lot on Tilton Road in Egg Harbor Township, just off exit 9 on the Atlantic City Expressway. Police say they are believed to be involved in a shooting incident near mile marker 7A on the Garden State Expressway.
