As hardly a few days pass without some Islamic terror attack in the Westrecently and as of this writing an Allahu Akbar shouting Muslim man stabbed a Jew in France and an Allahu Akbar screaming Muslim woman ran over two policemen in Canadathe West risks becoming desensitized to and seeing Islamic violence as just another part of life.
The words and deeds of Western leaders are not helping. After the Islamic terror attack in Nice, France, where 84 were killed, counterterrorism chief Patrick Calvar said: Today, France is clearly the most threatened country. The question about the threat is not to know if but when and where. Prime Minister Manuel Valls declared that Terrorism is a threat that weighs heavily on France and will continue doing so for a long time.
As if such resignation wasnt bad enough, at the memorial event for the 84 Nice victims, Valls declared, Times have changed and we should learn to live with terrorism.
Actually, the main thing to change with time in France is its demography. The largest Muslim population of Europe resides there and, in accordances with Islams Rule of Numbers, is the real reason why France should learn to live with terrorism.
More apathy was in the air during the Munich massacre, where a Muslim gunman killed nine.
While somberly addressing the massacre still in progresswith the usual boilerplate our hearts go out to [X victim of terror]U.S. President Obama managed to crack a joke, grin, chuckle, and draw laughter from his audience.
After all, what is the big deal? Shouldnt we be used to Muslims rampaging and killing by now? And really, whats nine dead compared to the many hundreds killed by Islamic terrorists around the world in recent weeks?

Raymond Ibrahim: Are Nonstop Muslim Atrocities the New Norm?
As hardly a few days pass without some Islamic terror attack in the Westrecently and as of this writing an Allahu Akbar shouting Muslim man stabbed a Jew...
History simply repeating itself.
This is why the Crusades started - to stop years and decades and centuries of muslim killing the Christians.
Like anything else that comes from the pit of hell: if it’s not completely eradicated, it will return. Somewhere, sometime.
Islam has been at war with the rest of the human race since 622 A.D.
Islamic attacks are the norm for Islam since Mad Mo made it so.
No, they are not the “new norm”. The have always been the norm since the 6th century — it’s only today that the West is pulling its head out of their ass.
Atrocities are Mohammed’s legacy.
Islam should be treated the same as ebola virus. Eradicate it before it gets out of control.
Yes, and the authorities always find a way to go easy on the muzzards.
If the government recognizes that jihad is war, they might be put in the position of having to do something about it, and worse, being accountable for it. Denial is much safer and it only costs a few thousand lives a year.
WHO REPRESENTS ME/US ?
Justice SHOULD be, and I believe; MUST be blind!
Is asking leading questions in headlines the new norm in journalism?
Does that practice suck as much as everyone thinks it does?
Is it really just clickbait that replaces creativity and lures readers in to find the “answer?”
Yes. Think about it: Europe endured extensive, pervasive invasion and persecution from peace-hating Muslims for about twice the duration of the entire history of the United States of America - yet communist swine blame Christians for the carefully-focused Crusades.
The Crusades were a necessary thing in a fallen world. We need something like them - a modern equivalent, not the neocon so-called democracy building disasters - again. Western Civilization must be purged of Civilization Jihad if it is to survive.
Anyone who argues that Christians must be passive and helpless at all costs has adopted the Marxist Utopian propaganda that was written especially for Christians in order to neutralize them. (You do not see the Marxists being passive and helpless. Witness the violence of Occupy Wall Street and Black Lives Matter.)
This is why the Amish/Mennonite philosophy is actually worldly and communist at heart: It is utopian and categorical; it seeks to return to Eden in this fallen world. It cannot happen.
(I note that some of the pacifist Mennonite chapters were in favor of the communistic health care proposed by Hillary Clinton around 1992, and more recently have supported the unBiblical movement to both accept and approve homoeroticism in the church.)
If an individual Christian is called to be pacifist, then that is between him and God; if the church makes it a requisite of faith, it is heresy.
It is like charity and celibacy: These things are personal and individual; they cannot justifiably be mandated by the state or the church.
The attacks are now so commonplace that a mere handful of victims barely warrants down page coverage by Fox, and even Free Republic has missed a few of the smaller events. It is indeed the new norm in Europe but not yet in North America. Unless Clinton gets elected.
It’s not a new norm. It’s a very old norm.
Islam has made it perfectly clear it seems to destroy USA and Europe — murder or at least subjugate and enslave Christians and of course abolish the church. It will do so unless we remove the sold- out traitors from “our” governments and we repatriate the Moslems back to their “own” countries ASAP. ( you know, the 57 nations they’ve already taken over and conquered the way they’re doing to USA and Europe right now)
Or the old normal depending on how much of the 70s and 80s you remember.
Short answer...yes.
If there’s so many attacks that everyone stops caring, what will they do?
This is like the term “clutter” in the advertising world. Put up too many ads and they all become invisible to people.
ISIS has been doing their best to shock the world for 2+ years and now it seems they’ve run out of ideas. They can submerge 1000 babies in gasoline on HD cameras and nobody would bat an eye anymore. Nobody talks about it like they used to
“Terrorism” is now old news and may have jumped the shark...
yep
