She ran Bush's press office when he was road out of Washington on a rail.
My guess is she was supposed to be Fox's insider to get favorable treatment for Bush family interviews except nobody wants to see Bush interviews.
Not sure why she still gets to lurk around Fox News when they have so much other talent.
