The answer to the question in the title is NO. Not only NO but also "of course not." NOBODY gets to sit behind a presidential candidate at a rally unless they are specifically INVITED to do so. Not only that the Secret Service wouldn't permit that.
Therefore the Hillary Campaign is flat out lying when they said the shooter's father was not invited by them. This is a complete DISS of the families of the Orlando nightclub shootings.
