As a retired veteran and leader who has borne the responsibility of implementing our nations military policies and actions, I am acutely aware of the many ways that both the Executive and Legislative branches failures of leadership have weakened America.
The executive and legislative branches have failed as well as in the making and passing of sound foreign policy for our nation. There can be no question that these failures adversely impact the solemn responsibility we take on to protect and preserve our county. These failures of action and inaction can, and have, lead to unnecessary national security risks.
It is my belief that the power of our representative republic rests only, and securely, on a foundation of free speech. To achieve consensus, leaders must travel through a path of reasoned debate. Without this process we cannot, we will not, arrive at policy that is both meaningful and effective.
One of the biggest threats to our nations security has been a continuing failure to protect our borders. We have a life-long history of growth and development achieved by embracing people from all nations who desire to join our community of citizens and bring their passions and skills to bear for the betterment of the United States of America. However, we have failed to develop and implement policies that ensure that these individuals travel a path that is reasoned and logical, as well as one that evidences their explicit desire to uphold and protect this country with their lives, if need be.

Now that Trump has endorsed Ryan and McCain, is he a sellout? Or does that just apply to others?
“Disgusting. Paul Ryan to Headline #NeverTrump Conference 3 Days After Primary”

I’m afraid not too many Badgers have heard of Paul Nehlen. Too bad
There is likely a genius play by Trump. Endorse Ryan and McCain and they will look ungrateful if they criticize Trump. Trump wins. Check and mate.
Oh, so it’s not supposed to look like he caved in to the establishment by listening to his establishment advisers? Ok

I am not the biggest Trump fan out here, but the end result is what matters. I don’t think Trump listens to them at all. He probably gives an illusion of being advised on, which keeps everybody off balance, but he is unpredictable and does his own thing.
I guess you could always vote Hillary!
Trump’s our candidate.
You don't do much work in the political world, do you?
That depends Tokyo Rose - does lack of visible support to FR make you a FReeloader or just an opportunist who thinks helping Hillary is a task that makes your opinions worth our paying for them?
I realize that there are many who donate anonymously, but what the heck - I'll take a chance on having to apologize for the slip......
I'll double down and say that I doubt you are donating to a candidate too - if true, what makes your opinions worth anything?
I could care less who on here supports my opinions. But thanks for caring though.
Valley lives in Virginia. Why doesn’t he worry about his own district and who represents him?
We donated to Nehlan. Did all of you?
