During his pre-vacation news conference (August 4, 2016) President Obama found time to mock Donald Trump's concerns regarding the fairness of the electoral process: "Of course the elections will not be rigged. What does that mean?" Well, "to rig" stands for "to manipulate fraudulently." In case of an electoral fraud, the term refers to all kind of illegal interference with the procedure. In the course of the press conference, Obama was asked by a reporter: "Are you worried that comments like this can erode the American public's faith in the outcome of the elections?," as if one statement of Trump's opinion could reduce voters' confidence in democracy more than eight years of cozenage and disrespect for laws and values. As observed by Sean Hannity: "We did learn the DNC rigged a system with super-delegates, and the DNC was fully behind Hillary Clinton the entire way, and the e-mails proved that."

In the election four years ago I saw reporting that 10 counties here in Colorado had over 100% voter turnout including my county which had 106% turnout. Then the story completely died.

After the 2000 election, in which both parties felt ripped off and everyone was pulling out their hair looking at “chads” I really thought both parties would push for election reform so that all Americans could feel confident that the right person would be declared the winner in future elections.
Nope. Not a chance.
Neither party wants to have verifiable election results. The lack of reform over the past 16 years tells that story pretty clearly.
I think it’s all rigged, and rigged at a very deep level. I think Trump might change that, but it won’t be easy, and they will try hard to defraud him.

I’ll tell you what makes me worry: A Democrat poll worker here in Cincinnati who openly bragged that she voted six times for Obozo in 2012. Fortunately, she did jail time. I also worry about the dead people in Lake County, IN, who voted not once, but twice, in 2012. Yet, Democrats consistently fight any form of voter ID. Wonder why that is.
Also remember that Soros is the owner of voting machines.
I am so pleased that Trump is already talking about the Democrats cheating in November.
I sure hope the Trump people are already hard at work to prevent/publicize the kinds of cheating that Democrats are known for, going all the way back to JKF’s “win” in Illinois and Texas in 1960!
Democrats have perfected the art of cheating in (stealing) elections, and Trump is the man to stop it!
And let us insist that he send Democrats to prison for cheating the American people out of fair and honest elections!

Just to prove a point
I am for the Purple Finger with only the Military being able to vote absentee. No more 30 days of voting, etc, waaaaay to easy to defraud the American people. The US Constitution allows for ONE DAY of voting. Period. Get rid of all the manipulation of voting days and voter fraud will be lessened.
BigEd's good advice---Trump needs to have this in place BEFORE the election:

<><> purchase datasets of people from Intelius and or Zabasearch.
<><> Merge all and see what pops up.
<><> get the Social Security death index. Make sure that if you are on the ssdi, you aren’t registered to vote.
<><>line up poll watchers for precincts with abnormal turnout.
As to the vote side: see if there is a way to demand a paper trail through the court system of the states. If the integrity check of the machines fails, ask for an order for paper ballots. Machine-only precincts have paper ballots in case of a power outage or hard drive crash. (hat tip BigEd)

One of the reasons we now routinely have precincts clocking in over 100% attendance is a result of the "provisional ballots" that the reform bill created. The scam works like this: (Democrat) voters go to their home precincts to vote. They then make the rounds in various other precincts which have no records of their voting and attempt to vote there. Because of the "reform" they are allowed to cast provisional ballots in all of those other precincts, and those ballots frequently find their way into the regular tally, even though they are not supposed to.
Another racket: recent voter rolls are scanned for dead or infrequently voting electors. A stooge presents himself to the clerk of elections. If dead, he still gets to vote. If not dead, he votes anyway if the real voter hasn't shown up yet. When the real voter shows up, he is permitted to cast a provisional ballot. That ballot is often counted as well, but in either case, the Democrats are guaranteed the first one will be counted.
Tricks like this are the way the Democrats get to pretend that "voter fraud is virtually nonexistent," and also why they are horrified by the idea of culling the rolls and requiring voter ID.

They went nuts when Trump allegedly insulted the family of a young man who died for his country yet they seem to forget that their hero,FDR,INTERNED FOR ABOUT FOUR YEARS the families of other young men who died for their country.
