NeverTrump WAS about trying to circumvent the will of the voters in the primaries. It failed. Now, it has to come up with some reason to remain viable.

Perhaps the root of French's problem is that he really can't see that Hillary Clinton is a much worse and more dangerous choice for President - regardless of what you think of any of the other candidates. That shows that for all of his high minded writing French is really a fool.
He should listen to what the guys fighting and seeing their colleagues dying in Libya have to say, since that's a great example of what happens when someone like Hillary is in power.
There is no point in listening to or reading what French has to say, he's shown his lack of intellect already.
