The video producer was prosecuted for violating his probation; apparently he agreed to no longer go near a computer or make videos.
He was guilty of an earlier crime. That is how they got him.
Amazing isn’t it? After all this we STILL do not know why an order was not given to support and by whom. If there was a specific order to stand-down then who gave it?

For someone reputed to be The Smartest Woman Who Ever Walked The Earth, Hillary sure seems not to know very much, at least when it is convenient not to know. For someone who is supposedly so smart, she seems to have an awfully difficult time recalling things, at least when it is convenient not to recall them.
And in terms of being completed, as far as Hillary and the 'Rats are concerned, it is completed, as much as they want it to be "complete".
