Doesn’t address my question: What happened to the video producer prosecuted for making the video falsely blamed for instigating the attack?
I’d think he’d have standing for a big fat false imprisonment case.
The video producer was prosecuted for violating his probation; apparently he agreed to no longer go near a computer or make videos.
He was guilty of an earlier crime. That is how they got him.
