Police seek help identifying man snooping in Walgreens women's bathroom

Billings Police are asking for the public’s assistance to identify a man who was prowling inside a women’s bathroom in the Walgreens at 3333 Grand Ave.
A BPD news release described the suspect as a white man in his late teens. He is about 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs about 155 pounds and has dark shaggy hair. The man was seen driving a dark blue 1980s Ford Tempo with Montana license plates.
