Three farm workers were struck by lightning Monday in Manatee County, leaving one of them dead, deputies said.
The workers with Falkner Farms at 35100 S.R. 64 in Myakka City were loading a truck about 5:10 p.m. when they were struck, according to Manatee County Sheriffs Office.
One of the workers was pronounced dead at the hospital. Two others were treated and released.
No further details have been released
Pass bill to ban lightning, ban guns.

Where is Manatee County? I guess the author of this article assumes that we know where all counties in the US are located.
It’s somewhere South of Georgia.
